Dear Club Members,

Please remember the deadline for nominations to stand on the committee for 2016-17 is this Friday March 11th 2016.

If you wish to stand you need one person to nominate you and another to second the nomination. Please make sure this is done by Friday's deadline or I will not be able to include your name on the ballot form.

Do not rely on word of mouth. I will treat every nomination in exactly the same way and guarantee an acknowledgement of your email if you contact me.
