Maggie Taylor has reported on her experience at Poznan:

I came 5th in the TA  (use of Trunk and Arms) race out in the Worlds at Poznan.  I did the race in a time good for me but not good enough compared to some of the others in our final!  The race had originally been planned for Thursday afternoon but all races were cancelled just before ours due to winds and possibility of thunder and lightening storms approaching.  Just like conditions are like at Nottingham often! My K1 race was at 9.30 and then later in afternoon had  V1 (Polynesian Outrigger Canoes) race.  I came 5th in that as well after doing a not very straight paddle down the course!

Following on from this at the Paddle Ability National Championships at Nottingham last weekend Maggie won 2 of her 3 races (200m and 500m) and did personnel best times in all 3 doubles races.
