If you book to go on a club trip please ensure that, if required, you pay the
organiser in good time. Very often the organiser has paid money up front
so it is not fair to leave them out of pocket. In future the full
cost of bunkhouse hire will have to be paid in advance and if you have
to drop out at the last minute a refund may not be possible.
